A One day Retreat

~ Is the injustice in the world breaking you?
~ Feeling confused about what action to take or guilty about not doing enough?

We will sit in meditation together, move mindfully, share our challenges and allow our hearts and minds to get the profound rest they desperately need. In addition to mindfulness we will practice self compassion and forgiveness.

Please come to rest and recover. Spend a day in the present moment to share your sensitive, precious and vulnerable humanity and relinquish your suffering.
